Job Description

Pertemps Medical is going through an exciting period of growth and change. We are seeking to add to our brilliant team to support our significant multiyear investment and expansion plans – building upon our strong ethos of patient safety, high clinical standards, robust team support, and sector-leading dynamism.

The Audiologist will be based at one of the 4 sites (Portsmouth/Exmouth/Fife or Cardiff) working alongside a small team of clinicians to provide medical assessments.

Requirements

• Audiologist trained in screening automatic audiometry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• To ensure maintenance, calibration and daily checks of the equipment
• Ensure completion of Audiometry Health Questionnaire is completed
• Welcome and prepare patients for screening audiometry
• Complete otoscopic examination and testing as per protocol
• Ensure patient records are updated accordingly
• Adhere to relevant healthcare policies and procedures
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations
• Maintain infection control guidelines to ensure a safe environment
