Band 8a Oncology Pharmacist

Requirement for; B8a Pharmacist – Oncology

- Start date: ASAP

- End date: 3 months

- Monday to Friday (full time)

- 08:45am – 17:00pm

Skills/Experience required:

- Must have general hospital pharmacy experience and recent experience of Oncology Pharmacist

- Recently used the Aria Chemotherapy prescribing system, Pathfinder and BMS ePAF system
